Fitness Reality Squat Rack Power Cage with Optional LAT Pulldown & Leg Holdown Attachment
From the manufacturer, the Power Cage comes with a weight capacity of 800 lbs, made from a durable heavy-duty 2-inch by 2-inch tubular steel frame construction, providing incredible strength. The large walk-in space offers easy side-to-side movement.
The cage includes two 23-inch long chrome dual-mounted safety bars and two 3 1/4-inch long chrome lock-on safety bars. These safety bars are compatible with 7-foot Olympic bars and have a weight capacity of 800 lbs, adjustable to 19 height levels, allowing for a wide range of workout positions. The safety bars are ideal for exercises such as squats, shrugs, chin-ups/pull-ups, incline/decline bench presses, and other strength training exercises.
At the back of the Power Cage, two rear stability bars are added to provide solid-state performance while performing strength-training exercises. The purchase includes one Fitness Reality LAT Pull-Down attachment for the Super Max Power Cage, but the Olympic bar, weight plates, and bench are not included.
For use with the Power Cage, 2-inch Olympic plates need to be used with Olympic Adapter Sleeves, which are not included. The weight plate capacity is 270 lbs, and the safety bars are compatible with 7-foot Olympic bars.
The LAT Pull-Down attachment features high and low row pulley systems with high tensile strength nylon-coated cables and easy-glide 2-inch by 2-inch chrome guide rails for smooth operation. It includes one 39-inch bar and one 20-inch low row bar attachment with foam grips, allowing you to build muscles on your upper back, shoulders, and arms (biceps and triceps) with a variety of exercises such as Wide Lat Pull-down, Lat Pull Over, and Triceps Extensions.
The extended lower rear cross bar provides extra space for fitting in benches and footrests for seated row exercises. The package includes a 6.5-inch-long weight plate storage post and two 1-inch spring clip collars for use with Olympic or standard weight plates.
The dimensions of the LAT Pull-Down attachment when attached to the Power Cage are 68 inches (depth) x 46 inches (wide) x 83.25 inches (height).
