The printer's connectivity and remote control capabilities allow users to print and monitor the printing process from a PC or mobile device, thanks to its WiFi and RJ45 Ethernet port connectivity. The advanced stepper motor driver chip enables 1/256 microstepping, allowing for smooth printing at up to 5 times the speed.
The Sermoon D series is built to withstand industrial-grade applications, featuring a sturdy frame with thick metal plates and aerospace-grade aluminum profiles. The X, Y, and Z axes are supported by stainless steel linear shafts with a hardness of 60HRC, ensuring reliable and accurate printing.
The printer's "Sprite" dual-gear direct extruder, bimetal heat break, inner-polished copper alloy nozzle, and 5015 cooling fan work together to provide reliable extrusion at temperatures up to 300°C. The entire workflow, from one-click model slicing and auto-leveling to real-time model preview and printing progress display, is streamlined and efficient.
