The build plate features a smooth PEI coating, which provides high resistance to high temperatures, wear, and scratches. The coating ensures excellent adhesion during the printing process, and models can be easily removed after cooling. The high-performance spring steel used in the build plate is made with high flatness and good elasticity, making it easy to remove printed models without deformation, even after repeated bending.
To protect the steel plate, it is coated with a dense oxide layer, though it is generally not recommended to use this surface for printing. The build plate also includes a nozzle wiping strip, which helps to clean the nozzle surface before printing, significantly enhancing the printing quality.
Magnetic fixation and positioning slots on the build plate ensure convenient installation and removal, providing secure attachment and stable printing.
