The extruder kit features a full metal construction, comprising aluminum, stainless steel, and brass components. This robust design ensures stability and durability during operation, with a non-blocking and non-leaking performance. The heating and cooling system is of high quality, providing precise temperature control and rapid heat dissipation.
The nozzle, heating block, and throat pipe (with built-in Teflon) are all part of the MK8 CR-10 Extruder Hot End Kit. The white wire is a temperature thermistor, while the black wire is a 12V 40W heating tube.
The extruder kit is designed for external thread connection and is compatible with a wide range of 3D printer nozzle sizes, including 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, and 0.5mm. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +260°C (-40°F to +500°F).
The full metal jacket construction ensures a sturdy and wear-resistant extruder. The integrated shell and simple circuit design make disassembly, repair, and reassembly a straightforward process. The heating and cooling system is of high quality, with the heating block's insulated silicone case maintaining temperature stability and the fan design ensuring even heat dissipation, resulting in precise and quick solidification of printed models.
The extruder kit includes a high-quality Teflon tube and brass nozzle, providing a seamless connection between the nozzle and heatbreak, which helps to prevent nozzle blockages and ensures smooth filament feeding and extrusion.
The package includes one full metal CR-10 extruder, one silicone case, one 5-in-1 fixed wrench tool, and four MK8 nozzles (0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, and 0.5mm).
